Shoreline Cabins is a locally owned, family-run business based in the Bay of Plenty, delivering over 40 years of building experience. We specialise in high-quality, custom-built cabins and tiny homes, providing expert guidance from design through to delivery.
Our cabins offer the perfect solution for a sleepout, home office, storage space, studio, bach, Airbnb, tiny home, or a cost-effective alternative to a traditional home extension.
Built approximately 700mm wider than most cabins on the market, our designs deliver noticeably greater comfort and liveable space. Constructed by a Licensed Building Practitioner, all cabins comply with the New Zealand Building Code and current national regulations. Thanks to recent council rule changes, granny flats up to 70m2 may be built without a building consent, provided exemption requirements are met. Please contact us for details or visit our FAQ.
