Shoreline Cabins is a locally owned and operated family business based in the Bay of Plenty. When you build with us, you benefit from over 40 years of experience, qualified professionals, exceptional craftsmanship, and personal guidance from initial design through to delivery.
Our designs are structured to meet current regulations, thanks to recent council rule changes, granny flats up to 70m2 may be built without a building consent, provided exemption requirements are met. Please contact us for details or visit our FAQ.
Our cabins are approximately 700mm wider than most on the market, making a noticeable difference in comfort, functionality, and overall liveability—especially in compact spaces.
We guide you through the entire process, from concept and design to the finished product. This includes a full set of building-consent standard plans on request.
All Shoreline Cabins and tiny homes are constructed by a Licensed Building Practitioner, ensuring compliance with the New Zealand Building Code and all national regulations. We are committed to building structurally sound, safe, and compliant cabins that can be fully customised to suit your individual requirements.
