The Lochmara consists of a 8.7m x 3.6m placed next to a 7.2m x 3.6m cabin in an L shape design, both have custom built skids for easy transport and placement. Both cabins are architecturally designed and built to the highest quality, triple lined with ply and colour steel for rigidity and double glazed aluminium joinery. Walls, flooring and ceiling are fully insulated and everything is built to building code by a Licensed Building Practitioner, which is required when applying for a building consent.

Everything can be customised to suit your needs.

We will guide you through the process from design, right through to the finished product (including an Architectural Design Certificate and a full set of building consent standard plans on request). All Shoreline Cabins with plumbing will be issued a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC). The CCC is a legally recognised document verifying that the building work complies with the New Zealand Building Regulations.

Transport

Transport cost is not included in the price of your cabin. The delivery is based on the size of your cabin, location, and level of difficulty. We can assist in putting you in touch with delivery companies.

Site Preparation

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the site upon which the cabin is to be delivered is accessible, suitable, and prepared prior to delivery. It is best to contact your local council to get all the information you require with regards to this.
